Biography

Hi! I'm Belle! I have a PhD in English. Editing has long been a passion of mine. In high school, I used to spend my free time helping my friends with their English papers, then in college I helped my older sister with hers. Editing brings me quite a lot of joy.

Aside from editing, I enjoy reading and crafting as my hobbies. I spend most of my free time reading fiction books (across almost all genres) and self-help and memoir non-fiction books. I hope to write a book of my own someday!

Kindness and care for others is at the center of my personality. I tend to be quieter in nature, but that means when I speak I've put a lot of thought into expressing myself.

I approach my work by centering my client's needs, whether that be developmental editing or closer to the end stages of copy editing.
