Biography

Hello! If you need someone who is a reading addict, a perfectionist, and attentive to details, you have found me;)
I believe that every reader out there deserves to read perfectly written works.
I realized that I could spot mistakes while reading any book or article, which annoyed me a lot. This led me to believe that I am passionate about editing.
As a business student and a digital marketer, they resulted in me loving editing and proofreading even more. I figured out that I was editing everything I did without even noticing.
I grew up in a country away from home, and that allowed me to have two hometowns and helped me learn about different cultures. That is one of the reasons why I use editing as a way to learn about new topics and meet new people from all around the world.
I aim to live a life fulfilling what I love most, so I decided to work on editing as a full-time job besides pursuing my other hobbies, which are fashion designing, crafting, and digital marketing.
Getting out of my comfort zone and carrying out new experiences makes me open to learning about any topic in the world, even those I have minimal knowledge of. I realized this when I threw my comfort zone away when I was presenting my graduation project, and I had to stand on a big stage in front of a lot of people just staring at me. The feeling I had afterward was phenomenal; I felt like I had broken a huge wall and entered a new world where I felt strong and like I could do anything.
Additionally, perfectionism is my lifelong partner since I strive for perfection in everything I do, even the smallest and most crucial jobs.
My main goal is to satisfy the customer's needs and add magical touches to the books to make them perfect.

Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications

I hold a certificate from an intensive editing and proofreading course with a significant score, certifying my qualifications as an editor. Also, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a media management specialization. Being a digital marketer for three years has helped me become a media and digital genius. Due to managing the accounts of several businesses, I learned about a wide range of topics, including business, management, marketing, self-help, mental health, and healthy lifestyles. Additionally, this enhanced my editing abilities because every single post, comment, piece of research, and assignment had to be carefully edited before being posted or submitted. This helped me a lot in my book-editing journey.

Interests and hobbies

I love reading novels and self-help books, writing, watching movies, organizing, crocheting, gardening, cooking, and fashion designing. Nature is my best friend; I enjoy breathing fresh air, walking by the sea, and, mostly, rainy days.

How I'd describe my personality in two sentences

I am a peaceful, life-loving person who enjoys every simple detail and tries to make the most of all the moments that pass by. You will always find me on the lookout for new possibilities that will help me learn more and take me to places I've never been.

How I'd describe my approach to my work

I view my job as a gateway into a new universe where each project expands my knowledge of brand-new subjects. All that matters are the needs of the customer, the project's purpose, and effective communication, and I make sure that these are satisfied.
