I needed additional illustrations while in the formatting stage of my new book and so I reached out to Braia. He immediately responded and completed the work with his usual highly creative, diligent and humble approach. Before commencing the project Braia requested for my insights and funnily enough we were both on the same page. Braia is a true gem of an illustrator and I am so fortunate to have stumbled across him. Thank you Braia for curating such amazing illustrations which significantly help my Bushlandia series come alive.

Working with my illustrator, Braia, on the Bushlandia series has been one of the greatest creative joys of my life. Braia doesn't just draw, he breathes life into every page with a rare combination of intellect, instinct, and heart. His creativity goes beyond anything I could have imagined when I first conceived these stories, and time and again he has surprised and moved me with what he brings to the work. The care and thought poured into every little detail is extraordinary. From the smallest expressions to the textures and markings, you can feel the love in every line. But perhaps most breathtaking is how he uses colour as a storytelling device in itself. The palette shifts gradually from the very first page through to the last, reflecting the emotional arc of the story in a way that is subtle, intentional, and deeply moving. It is the kind of detail that children absorb without even realising it, and, that adults marvel at. What sets Braia apart is how completely he gives of himself. He doesn't hold back. Braia immerses himself in the world of the story, and you can feel his soul in every character he creates. For a children's book illustrator, this is everything because children feel authenticity, and the warmth and wonder Braia has poured into Bushlandia which shines through on every single page. Beyond Braia's extraordinary talent, he is an absolute dream to collaborate with. He is transparent, communicative, and generous with his process, always keeping me informed, always open to dialogue, always making the partnership feel like a true meeting of minds. Braia sets the gold standard. If you are looking for an illustrator who will treat your story as if it were his own, who will show up with his whole self and deliver work that takes your breath away then look no further than Braia.

Braia is an amazing artist who is not only talented but is thoughtful, kind, collaborative and he has BRILLIANT initiative. Braia has just finished working on my 2nd children's book (a series) and he ensured that there was flow from the first story to the second. I have already locked Braia in for the 3rd book. I am so thrilled to have found Braia to bring my stories alive beyond what I could have imagined. Another key aspect of Braia's work process is his incredible transparent style which allows for collaboration. Braia is communicative throughout the process not leaving me wondering where he is at during the development. Braia's creativity and professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend Braia.

Words are not enough to describe Braia's exceptional talent. It's not just his talent that is extraordinary but his manner, transparency, warm communication and amazing efficiency. My book required an extra illustration after commencing the formatting work. This book was one that Braia had already drawn all the incredible illustrations for and when I requested Braia to draw an additional illustration, it was no problem. Not only did Braia create a phenomenal illustration to add to the already beautiful illustrations but he completed it in an amazing time frame since Braia understood my desire to complete the formatting. Nothing is too much and it is always done with grace and a positive energy. Thank you, Braia. I look forward to collaborating on many more projects with you:-) Warm regards, (your many hours time difference friend:-)
