Biography
Hi there! I've been a SAG-AFTRA actor for decades now. As a California native, I've appeared in many well-known features and TV shows. I also have literally hundreds of audio-books available on Amazon/Audible, including a few I've written myself, both fiction and non-fiction.
As a fellow author, I understand the valuable experiences and hard work you've invested into your book. I hope to collaborate with you as a fellow artist, and promise to narrate your work with the same respect I've shown my own.

Interests and hobbies
Trekkie, computer gamer, gym rat, was long ago an officer in the US Army and a certified propagandist (seriously, not kidding there!) Lifelong infatuation with literature in both prose and poetry. Loves live improvisational performance, cinema, Shakespeare, Serling, Bradbury, and Tolkien. I enjoy video editing and making fan-edits of movies I love. Ongoing life goal: to win WGA membership as a screenwriter.
How I'd describe my personality in two sentences
Oh ye gods, I have lived a life -- I said "I could die tomorrow and feel nothing but gratitude" a decade ago, and I'm still here; my cup runneth over! It is the duty of a man to leave behind an interesting autobiography, and I'm gonna leave a humdinger.
How I'd describe my approach to my work
Okay, I work fast! No time to dawdle, there's life to be lived. You've got to keep up. I need you to serve as the final arbiter of quality. I want you to be one-hundred-percent delighted with your audio-book, but to accomplish that, you -- must! -- listen to the files as they come in, and provide prompt feedback. That's how we avoid massive re-recordings. There will always be errors 'cause pobody's nerfect, so jot down the minute:second marker and whatever needs fixing, and you can count on me to see to it. That's how we'll make a recording you can be proud of.
Also, please look up the Japanese principle of "wabi-sabi." If you want perfection, you'd resort to an AI. There's a reason homespun, human hand-crafting is more highly valued than soulless mechanical mass-production. Our work is not perfect, therefore it is.
Why should you choose me for your project
Authors are the toughest audience, 'cause I'm working on the project they've slaved over. Proud to say I've left behind a wake of happy clients. In celebration of my two-hundredth audio-book, I literally wrote the book teaching others how to record audio-books. One of my earliest projects, believe it or not, was a new translation of The Iliad! I thought that one was gonna kill me; but I got through it, so I'm sure your book will be easy by comparison. Plus I have a bass voice that I'm told is just a little bit hypnotic.
