Madi is an excellent editor. Fast and proficient. The first reason I wanted Madi is because he sent a personalized requests in the very beginning mentioning my name and the title of my book, not a form letter email with his qualifications as the other editors. That impressed me. And then not only was his work excellent, he was fast, working through the weekend.. I will use hem again!!!

Great to work with and the quality it excellent
A customer · 4.0 · May 2025
In general it was good. Madi was punctual and made all the changes required. He also made a last throughout review to make sure everything was fine. However, if I do this again, I'd make sure I've done most of the changes I want by myself before asking for edition, since there were many things I still had to change during the process. There were things such as repeated/redundant, or not necessary words among others that I still had to double check. Also, It'd be nice to feel more like I am having a conversation with someone and not feeling like I am with a chat bot. A bit more comments or points of view about the writing were expected. I had to ask twice to get an opinion.
