Biography

Editor. Writer. Lover of Excel Functions.

I'm passionate about tackling challenges and bringing ideas to life. I love getting into the weeds of a project! I've had a love of words ever since I was a child learning to read for the first time. Throughout my adolescence, I was curious about what words could do; I learned that with the right combination, words could be used to create anything you have the ability to imagine. As an editor, I draw on my experience and work hand-in-hand with my customers to deliver works they never knew they had the words for.

Bring me your complex, your meticulous, your bare-bones, and your tedious. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. The devil isn't in the details. Trust me, I've checked.

Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications

Over 8 years of experience as a writer and editor with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

Interests and hobbies

My interests include researching scientific topics, history, and current events.
My hobbies are a little more normal, I promise: watching movies, traveling, 'bingeing' YouTube videos and, of course, proofreading.

How I'd describe my personality in two sentences

I'd describe myself as extroverted and meticulous. I'm friendly and adaptable, and I love a new challenge.

How I'd describe my approach to my work

My approach is to assess all customer requirements before meticulously reviewing the work. I like to put myself in the mind of the customer in order to edit with their unique voice, goal, and audience in mind.

Why should you choose me for your project

I'm very detail-oriented and thorough with my work. I'm always accessible to customers whenever they have questions, and I like to communicate important updates throughout the course of the project. I pride myself on delivering high-quality work so that customers are completely satisfied with the end result.
