Biography
Hi, I'm Jesse, a creative writer, book lover, and grammar nerd. I have a degree in Journalism, a passion for the English language, and a keen eye that can spot a typo from a mile away.
Being an editor has been a lifelong goal of mine. I have found that there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone bring their dream to fruition. I have worked as an editor/proofreader, writer, social media manager, and transcriber.
I fell in love with books immediately after reading Harry Potter at the age of seven. Since then, I have been an avid reader and have devoured countless books from multiple genres. My favorites include Fantasy, Contemporary, and Mystery.
My favorite niche to edit is Self-help and Parenting, as I love dealing with topics dedicated to helping people grow and learn as individuals. I also love editing History books, as I enjoy learning random facts and researching historical events.
However, Fiction books are a specialty of mine. I have worked on many published books in genres such as Fantasy, Sci-fi, and Thriller/Mystery. I value world-building, story-telling, and character development more than anything and strive to find a balance between all three.
My hobbies are reading, writing, and watching anime. I love Marvel, football, and all things Disney.

Fabulosa! Jesse did the first run through on her own because my work schedule was demanding and I couldn't check or comment on her process.
