Biography

As a seasoned non-fiction editor with professional experience, I bring a critical eye and expert touch to every project. I specialize in maximizing efficiency while maintaining the highest quality, making the most of your time and resources. In addition to my editing expertise, I have also spent over 11 years as a high school teacher, where I honed my skills in guiding and editing learners' work. I have a passion for teaching English and have taken on professional editing too. I like learning new words and helping with editing, teaching, and even a bit of coding.

Despite my serious working face, I do have a playful side. Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications

I have been teaching various subjects, including English, for over 11 years now. Starting as an assistant, I eventually became a full-time teacher after obtaining my qualification. During this time, I also gained experience in editing learners' work for corrections. I have worked with students across several grades, from 4 to 12, depending on the year.

Along the way, I discovered my passion for editing and have dabbled in professional editing. I take pride in my ability to elevate projects to their highest potential, and I am always eager to take on new challenges. Let me cook up something great for you!

How I'd describe my personality in two sentences

I tend to be withdrawn into my work and focused/serious with efficiency in mind, but I can be extroverted with a few good friends with some common ground and would love to travel while editing.

I tend to make my work efficient, reducing waste and time spent on unnecessary things. I then try to find a pattern or method to complete the work well.

Why should you choose me for your project

On my journey with editing, I successfully completed a 30,000-word book project about gardening and two other non-fiction orders, meeting the customers' expectations to the tee. Now, I'm looking to broaden my horizons and add a little extra seasoning to your project.
