Jay Archer

Biography

Hi, all!

I graduated from university in 2020 with a double major in Astrophysics and Classical Civilizations, magna cum laude for the latter. Because of this experience, I’m able to effectively edit both historical and scientific texts.

I’ve loved editing since I was a teenager and my friends started asking me to lend my eye to their creative writing projects. Talking to them about the kinds of stories they wanted to tell and helping them achieve their goals was thrilling, so I decided to make it my job.

I’m excited about editing in general, so I’m happy to take on just about any genre, but I'll always have a soft spot for romance. Representation in media is another passion of mine, so if a piece deals with LGBTQ+ issues or characters, I’m all the way on board.

When I’m not editing, I love knitting, spoiling my cats, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

I can’t wait to see your project!
