Biography
Hello word travelers, my name is Leia Mauger, and I have had the pleasure of crafting worlds as fiction novels for the past five years.
I have always been an avid reader and one day thought to myself, why not write the book you want to read? From fan-fiction during my teenage years, to paranormal and contemporary romance as an adult, I have written half a dozen full-length novels, over a dozen short stories, magazine articles, and blog posts.
I am a sucker for a good romance. For those happily ever after’s that make you swoon. Though I enjoy writing sci-fi and fantasy, I can’t help but add a little tension in the romance department, just to make things spicy.
As a crafter of worlds and words, I enjoy reading and researching in all kinds of genres. I crave knowledge in all subjects and hope that desire transcends to the project you want to bring to life. There is no better feeling than seeing a spark of an idea bloom into a creation of your own making!
Although writing is my first passion, a close second is my desire to travel. With a degree in Travel and Tourism, I am always looking for my next grand adventure in the wide world, and if that adventure is in a book or researching a destination, I am here for it! Someday I will combine my love of travel with my love of writing, and photography, and I hope that when day comes, my children won’t know where in the world I might be writing from. What an adventure that will be!
Research into the world of nonfiction is just as thrilling as creating a world of fiction. Both of which I find myself drawn to with the desire to explore.
It is my hope that I can help take your seedling of an idea and make it bloom into all its glory. So, what are you waiting for? Let’s plant those seeds and watch them grow!

Everyone watched in horror as Jensen held Kedah’s head in his hand, keeping her upright as she continued to bleed. Her color drained to pale, and they watched as her life slipped away. Her breathing became labored and as she took her last breaths, everyone remained quiet, not knowing what to expect. Doran’s body collapsed onto the ground as he felt his soulmate’s life force weaken and fade. Everything in him demanded that he run to her, to save her life, but was forced to resist the call. He trusted that whatever was going on, it was the right thing to do. He had to trust Cha...
