Biography
I am honored to be a professional author with The Urban Writers, with 54 ebooks ghostwritten and published. I conduct extensive research and my writing objective is to be engaging, informative, and inspiring. I have been TUW's Writer of the Month.
I explain things, making complex and technical subjects understandable. My preferred writing genres are motivation, nutrition, fitness, healthcare, theoretical physics and cosmology.
My previous career was in advertising and market research, where I developed expertise in engaging, persuasive content. I was an American in Paris for 19 years, creating international business relationships.
I earned a BS degree in Communications at Boston University and a MBA in Marketing at St. John’s University. I served as a Captain in the U.S. Army during two years of active duty, assuming command and senior staff responsibilities.
When not writing, my interests focus on theoretical physics, cosmology and healthcare. My perspective on immunotherapy was published in the May, 2018 issue of Scientific American.

Morning on Titan, Moon of Saturn
Sunrise. Not the same here as it is back home on Earth. Here, on Titan, Saturn’s largest moon, we’re 10 times farther from the Sun, which appears to me now as an ultra-bright star, rather than the familiar orange ball. Later, as the Sun rises in the blackness of space, they’ll be no warmth at this distance, but the photons of light that traverse 880 million miles in a bit over an hour can create enough light to illuminate the huge globe of Titan’s planet, Saturn, with its magnificent rings and 40 other moons. I’ll be spending this morning measuring the intensity of the Solar Wind, which ...
Zenzagore, Rescue Mission to the Primeval Canyon (Preview 1)
The carpet drifted slowly upwards. We were flying. I was on my bunk near the fireplace in the old Lodge Hall at Castle House when they entered in the early afternoon. Without hesitation, my two teenaged friends went to the carpet and sat in the center. Edmondo had prepared them for this moment, and now he opened the heavy glass doors in the great North window. A cool morning breeze drifted into the room, but the rising sun was warming as he turned to them and asked, “Are you ready?” Pasha nodded as Rajah closed his eyes tightly and started to concentrate. The blue border of the c...
Zenzagore, Rescue Mission to the Primeval Canyon (Preview 2)
A large crack in the glacier’s ice went straight into the mountain. “Should we go in?” Earlier that same day, in a remote, green valley called Serenlandia, hidden within the crater of an extinct volcano and surrounded by the tall snow covered mountains, that Raja and Pasha see everyday…. two young boys named Megathorne and Brynwyn were fulfilling a dream of climbing Westenra, the high, wide mountain ridge that formed the farthest border of their valley. This is how their story begins. Our homes were close to Westenra, When we were younger, the village elders told us stories of anothe...
Reboot Yourself! Try An Instant Mental Reload
Think About It. A Reboot Clears-Up Your Computer... Or your cable box or mobile phone. But just as a quick turn-off / turn-back-on can clear up an electronic device, there’s a way to almost instantly reboot yourself. Here’s Why: Imagine this situation: You’re walking, or driving, sitting at your desk or table or standing on line…just about anywhere, and the thought-bombardment gets going. You’re feeling a little down because you’re remembering you forgot to make a call, you’re annoyed by someone in your way, you decide you got on the wrong checkout line and it’s moving too slowly. ...
Bringing Together The Mind and the Body
You probably think that meditation is one thing, and exercise is another. Traditionally, meditation requires sitting in a calm and quiet place, eyes closed, as you try to block all thoughts, while exercise, on the other hand, may be performed in any number of situations, from calm to chaotic and where not much attention is given to what’s going on with your thoughts. But there’s another side of this: It’s been discovered that you can practice both meditation and exercise at the same time, whether it’s during yoga stretching or during the traditional cardio and resistance training in ...
