Headline

Master's-educated writer. I bring 10 years' experience, excellent research skills, and eloquent, engaging writing!

Biography

I started writing journals when I was 5.
At 11, I won a local story writing competition.
At 16, I began writing for local publications.
After university, I launched a full-time career as a writer. I now have 10 years of experience!

As can be seen from my story, I have an inborn passion for writing. The niches I currently specialize in include travel, politics, health, self-help, science, and culture—all inspired by my personal passions. (When I’m not writing, you’ll catch me cycling, taking travel photographs, watching films, and reading about health, science, and politics!)

What makes me stand out as a writer is my intellectual curiosity and drive. I love doing research into topics, formulating new and original ideas, and learning from feedback given to me. There’s a reason why I *enjoyed* writing a 60,000-word dissertation for my master's degree!

As your writer, I will be enthusiastic, efficient, and a great communicator. I will take on your needs, maintain solid communication with you, and ensure your deadlines are met.

Fun fact: I love working with words and language so much that I mastered how to write in other languages too! I have a BA in Modern Languages (French, Spanish, German).

I look forward to hearing from you—let’s work together to make your book the best it can be.

Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications

I have 10 years of writing experience, both in-house and as a freelancer.

My areas of specialist knowledge are: health, science, arts, travel, politics, and sport.

I have loved writing ever since I was a child and have won story writing competitions.

Qualifications:
- First-Class BA in languages and literatures - this demonstrates my love for language
- Distinction MSc in politics and philosophy - my 60,000 word thesis proves I can research and write at length independently

Interests and hobbies

When I'm not writing, I love to get out and enjoy the great outdoors: cycling, taking photographs of nature, and occasionally going for a wild swim!

I am also an avid reader. I like to keep up-to-date with science and anthropology; how humans and animals lived and live, and why, really fascinates me.

How I'd describe my personality in two sentences

I am good natured and considerate, appreciate the power of laughter, and have an inner curiosity and passion that drive me!

How I'd describe my approach to my work

I work with passion: I love to do research into topics, come up with new and original ideas, and put them to paper with style.

I can write at length independently, yet am also able to work collaboratively, exchanging feedback and ideas on the way.

Efficient and organised, I always give myself time to self-edit before submitting work, and I always submit work on time.

Why should you choose me for your project

1) My writing is eloquent, engaging, and original.

2) I am an excellent researcher with master's-level experience.

3) I am always open to feedback, discussions, and change.

4) I submit work on time.

5) I am a good natured and pleasant person to work with!

The Energy of Crystals

Bloodstone from South Africa, sapphire from Australia, aquamarine from Brazil—crystals form on almost every continent of the Earth. There is even a chance of you finding crystals on your doorstep; riverbeds, soil, and beaches play host, for instance, to many varieties of quartz. Wherever you find them, crystals have a fascinating geological story. Many grow out of magma, following the right combination of timing, high pressure, and heat. These geological forces are incredibly powerful and give crystals their unique structure and shape. Crystal proponents believe that the forces that c...

The Power of Crystals

You now know why crystals have energy; this section deals with how crystal energy works—both in theory and in practice. First, know that every object in the universe has energy. This is not just a spiritual statement, but a scientific one. Following Albert Einstein’s famous formula e=mc2, everything in the universe that has mass (or weight) has energy (Siegel & Bang, 2018). Since your dog, a tree, and a crystal all have mass, they all, following the formula, have energy. Einstein’s formula also showed that energy can be converted into mass and vice versa (Siegel & Bang, 2018). You saw...
