Biography
My name is Charlie Golightly. I was born and raised in the Philippines, but I am currently based in California. I can speak English and Tagalog fluently, Mandarin moderately, and Spanish intermediately. I love to cook, paint, hike, meditate, and do some yoga. My favorite movies consist of anything with Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Coolidge, and Anna Faris. I rewatch Schitt’s Creek over and over again, practically every night before I go to bed. I graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing.
Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications
I have four years of experience in academic writing. Marketing as my concentration in the university involved weekly 1,000 to 1,500-word essays on articles, books, videos, and lectures. I also took a year of electives in my high school as an assistant writer for our school’s playwright.

If there is one thing I am consistent about, it is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well. I put all I can to whatever I am working on because I believe that you are only as good as your last project.
Why should you choose me for your project
I graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing. In my time in the university, I discovered my passion for writing due to the numerous weekly writing assignments I had to submit. Through each professor and teaching assistant I’ve been with on my college journey, I learned the importance of mastering different writing styles. Marketing as my concentration allowed me to hone my understanding of engaging and targeting a market not only in a business sense but also through my writing. Given this, I know I can adapt my knowledge of marketing through my writing to engage readers on whatever topic it may be.
