Biography

I'm Freya and I've been a freelance writer for the past 10 years. I love writing and I have a very readable style with an easy flow that keeps the reader thoroughly entertained while being informed. I love reading and writing is my true passion. I believe everyone should live their lives doing what they love, whether it's full-time or a something on the side. Passion projects help give me a sense of purpose and make life more meaningful. I love writing fiction but I've had plenty of experience writing non-fiction books about relationships, self-love, mindfulness and so much more. You won't regret making me a part of your team!

Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications

From 2013 - 2016, I was a freelance writer for and. I wrote ebooks for almost every topic, from relationship and marriage advice, to self-help, meditation, and reiki, to Aquaponics and Acupuncture! I found direct-to-client very rewarding because I could connect more personally with clients and really felt their appreciation for my work.
I was also a junior Editor at America Star Books from 2012 - 2013. I would edit and proofread auto-translated work, checking for grammar, punctuation, diction, and cohesive style.

Interests and hobbies

I love reading. It's one of my passions. I've been collecting books since I was in high school, and I can get lost in a bookstore for hours and hours.
I love to travel and especially love the beach, I love to swim in the sea because I grew up near it. I dream of snorkeling and hiking all the time.

How I'd describe my personality in two sentences

Easy going, but passionate, unassuming but strong-willed, patient, but stubborn.
There are definitely more than two sides to me.

How I'd describe my approach to my work

My grandma always said that if you love your work and it is a real pleasure, then you'll never have to work a day in your life. Whether it's writing. or doing chores I always find a way to truly enjoy my work. I think this is why my writing always has life in it, because I give it enjoyment and take true pleasure from it. Despite this, I have a bit of OCD when it comes to finishing tasks on time and I haven't missed a deadline yet.
