Biography
If I should mention anything I find fulfilling in my life, it's the ability to bring to life an idea from an imaginary and farfetched world to the land of existence and tangibles. Writing is a superpower that births conceived imaginations into mature and well-nurtured creations.
My name is Olivia Tact and it rhymes with the name of my crush. I have been a Chicken Little to tell him how I feel; however, I found the courage to divulge my latest work of fiction two years ago and confessed how he was my muse. Although starting on the wrong foot, the characters in my book end up living happily ever after. My crush and I are in Chapter Two: A build-up to conflict, so there is hope, right?
I love challenges because that is how I thrive and measure my growth as a writer and my ability to think broadly as a person. I am quite versatile and curious about life in general: From my vast knowledge of the origin of most popular languages, character development, diversity of religions, life choices, and lucrative financial decisions, to curiosity about what could become when all humans eventually adapt to the effectiveness and efficiency brought by artificial intelligence in accomplishing daily tasks.
Although I obtained my BSc. degree in Agriculture cum laude and received the Best Graduating Female Student award in 2012, I knew right after completing my exams that I would not pursue that career. I had worked sweat and tears to get that recognition but at the end of it, I felt indifferent about my life. My first love had always been literature; reading and writing from a tender age–my mother confessed after reading my first published work that I had written a novel when I was five or seven, and she felt guilty for not nurturing that gift and influencing my choice of career.
My BSc. degree came in handy as I learned and enjoyed doing research; from animal diseases prevalent in Africa to how climate change has negatively impacted food security, as well as to formulating alternative food rations to enhance farm produce that will yield profits.
Finding my purpose was not that hard after proving myself to my family. I shocked my family and friends when I revealed that I desired to make drastic changes in my life. My university professors were devastated when I turned down a prestigious scholarship to pursue a Master’s degree and I politely asked them to pass it on to students who would appreciate it more than I would. I have not looked back since.
After taking short online copywriting and creative writing courses with, I experienced writing screenplays, fictional short stories, wholesome romance, and thrillers. When I joined a megachurch, I volunteered to edit their website content and ended up managing all their social media pages. By the time I left, I had co-founded a Christian newspaper that issued quarterly for two years. I continued juggling copywriting with social media management as a freelancer for different organizations.
In 2017, I was introduced to network marketing and the dynamic world of cryptocurrencies which awakened a sleeping giant I wasn't aware of; my love for decentralized finance and travel. I consider myself blessed to be able to do what I love from anywhere in the world. I infused my love of research and writing into this transformational world that keeps introducing me to new business models and the latest technologies that keep the world abuzz. I'm fascinated by Web 3.0, the Metaverse, Virtual Real Estate, Crypto Art, and actively working on NFTs!

Olivia is a skilled writer who worked hard to create quality work for my project. She was easy to communicate with and because of her expertise, my project is a strong book I can be proud to publish. The only area where I couldn't give her the highest rating was in adherence to the schedule as the book was delayed, however, that was due to health issues which were out of her control. I can't fault her for that but I also have to say the book did not come in on schedule. Great writing! I loved how it was written, but it lacked any real beneficial content. While the writer is responsible for writing about the content, the writer should also deliver on what's written. That didn't happen, but the content did a great job drawing the reader into the content.
