Biography
After working as an engineer for five years, I moved to a picturesque village where I taught science at the local high school. I was frustrated with the available textbooks, and took my first plunge into the world of writing by self-publishing my own textbooks. I developed my own educational science and mythology quiz apps, and enjoyed writing the quizzes more than I enjoyed writing the code. Writing called me, and I created content for websites and blogs, apps and social media.
Being a writer with The Urban Writers allows me to write about many diverse subjects, and collaborate with the client to produce work in which my passion for words can shine through.
Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications
I have a degree in mechanical engineering and I worked as an engineer, and later as a high school science teacher. Frustrated with the available textbooks, I wrote my own. One I had discovered the joy of writing, I started writing content for websites. I developed my own educational and quiz game apps, and wrote their content. My writing evolved to find my true passion in ghostwriting. The variety of subjects and styles gives me opportunities to learn something new and try new things. It is exciting to craft a book with a client, and immensely rewarding to know they are satisfied with my very best, delivered on time, to their specifications.
Interests and hobbies
Bookworm! I enjoy reading everything from archeology to zoology. Paper, e-book, fiction or non-fiction; if it transports me to a new world or expands the one I live in, I relish every word. I also study part time towards a degree in Forensic Science. When I don't have my nose buried in a book, I can be found tending my garden, hiking, working out or dancing. Not to brag, but I can whip up a storm in a kitchen! I also enjoy painting and crafting, which usually end up as gifts for family and friends, of both the two legged and four legged variety.

Whatever I do, commands my complete attention. I look for beauty, inspiration and joy in all the wonders every day has to to offer.

I focus completely on the task at hand and do not rest until I reach the desired outcome. I meet my deadlines and communicate in a friendly, approachable and professional manner with my clients.

Spanish cooking is as rich in flavor as it is in tradition. Recipes have been passed down from mother to daughter for centuries, some recipes even dating from ancient Rome. Concert Halls
