Biography
Howdy, my name is Rick and I have been writing for many years both professionally and personally while honing my skills and living life to identify with many readers and characters. Growing up in the lukewarm suburbs energetic and curious, I have enjoyed the frenzied frenetic pace of city living or the slow freedom of country living ever since.
I was invited to The Urban Writers in 2021 and enjoy the world of ghostwriting for the anonymity it provides and the teamwork involved in making your ideas come to life. Being pointed in a direction and typing away is what I prefer; you tell me the style of what you want and I’ll take care of it within your timeline.
I appreciate working with my hands and often bring a certain tactility to a project; I feel the writing viscerally and wish for the reader to feel the same. Anything with a need for sensory description is a keen fit and I enjoy crafting an experience with words. Being able to take the seed of your project and grow it with you into a beautiful functioning article, book, or manual brings me great joy and focuses how I write.
