Biography
My name is JoAnna, and I am an absolute fanatic when it comes to writing and research.
I have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology due to my love for the inner workings of the human mind and my curiosity for all the different cultures on our beautiful green planet.
I have been writing fiction and non-fiction professionally for the past five years, and it is precisely this experience which makes excited to join the Urban Writer team.
Over the years I have become a master researcher with an immaculate eye for detail and a mind very hungry for knowledge and education, and due to many years in the hospitality industry, I have also become very passionate about customer service and ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of all my clients. I am excellent with communication as I believe it is the key to all successes in life.
I am currently also in the process of penning some memoirs and am working on a romance novel that has been nudging at me for quite some time now. My passion for continuously developing my imagination and skills are unstoppable.
I strive to meet all deadlines and present the best possible work. I have covered topics on History, Anthropology, Sociology and True Crime, both on academic and creative levels.

I am an introvert for the most part but enjoy being social with people i know well. I can also come across as difficult I have the ability to get very excited about the smallest things.

Depending on the type of work, I always try to adjust to what is in front of me. If I cannot give my best, I would rather not do it at all.
