Biography
Picture this: a bright-eyed college sophomore discovering the magic of collaborative storytelling. That was me, diving headfirst into playwriting, songwriting, and vocal arrangements, relishing every creative moment.
Life took an exciting turn when I landed in corporate communications, where I wielded my pen for press releases at a major grocery chain. The real thrill, however, came during my tenure at a renowned HBCU, where I played a pivotal role in securing substantial funding, including a lucrative $1.5 million grant from Motorola. Not too shabby, right?
But the entertainment bug wasn't done with me yet. I leapt back into the creative scene, immersing myself in musical theater and even dabbling in direct-to-DVD films. While we weren't winning Oscars, we were crafting stories that resonated.
Then came the plot twist: motherhood! While juggling mom duties and homeschooling, I channeled my creativity into writing product reviews for homeschool materials and running a blog that gained traction. My time in Costa Rica allowed me to leverage my marketing skills, supporting my own businesses and local communities - talk about a creative workout!
Now, here’s where the story gets truly interesting: my accidental love affair with ghostwriting. What began as a simple request from a homeschooling client spiraled into writing for an erotic podcast. Yes, you read that right! I found myself crafting my first NSFW piece and nervously sharing it with a friend, who absolutely loved it. Encouraged by their reaction, I compiled that spicy sample along with other writing highlights—snappy dialogue, heart-pounding action scenes, you name it—and pitched myself to a publishing company as a romance ghostwriter. Spoiler alert: it worked!
These days, I'm living my best life as a voice artist and ghostwriter, creating exciting thrillers or steamy romances across various subgenres, playing in other writers' sandboxes, while also pursuing my own novels, hosting podcasts focused on romance audiobook series and guest speaking on podcasts about mystery/suspense/thrillers.

The Girlfriend Agreement
“Do you know why we won at Pandemic?” I ask them. “Why we win in our business? Why we’re always so tight with our shit?” I put the lid on the bottle of whiskey, place it back on the shelf, and turn back to them. “Because we know where we excel. You are my boys! Ride or die! You know what I like and don’t like! I like to compete. But as much as I like competition, when it matters, I never fucking compete with you!” My voice continues to rise until it’s at a shout. Logan steps up. “I don’t think there’s any reason to scream,” he tells me. “We’re freaking adults. We can talk about th...

Goal Setting At-A-Glance Worksheet Walkthrough
MIT and Other Tasks We’ve finally arrived at the To-Do list section of the article. But I won’t tell you how to write your list down. I won’t suggest that it would be better to do a brain dump or put your list on a calendar or separate it into five different folders (although we know how that worked out for me). Because, ultimately, the best To-Do list is the one you will consistently stick with. No matter which one you choose. What my At a Glance Organizer aims to do is take your to-do list and make sure it syncs with your daily theme and your Most Important Task. First, let’s t...
Humans Fight Back Series - Book 4 (Meet Cute)
"Well, well. What have we here?" I crouch beside her, inhaling deeply. The scent of her blood is intoxicating, a heady mix of fear, pain, and something... else. Something I can't quite place. My tongue darts out, tasting the air. Fuck, it's been too long since I've had a human. The dark elves that occasionally stumble into my domain are all well and good, but there's something about human blood that sets my teeth on edge in the best way possible. I trace a finger along her jawline, feeling the warmth of her skin even through the bruises. My nail catches on a cut, and a bead of blood ...
Humans Fight Back Series - Book 6
He chuckles, the sound grating against my nerves. "Oh, my dear. I was merely savoring the hunt. But seeing you in this..." His eyes rake over my torn wedding dress. "Well, let's just say my patience has run out." Around us, the wedding guests shift nervously. Aunt Lena clutches her handkerchief, eyes wide with fear. Uncle Jace stands tensed, as if ready to fight. Even little Timmy seems to sense the danger, burying his face in his mother's skirts. The captain's laughter cuts through the air, sharp and mocking. His eyes gleam with cruel amusement as he turns to me. "Tell me, little ...
The Perfect Mask - The Past
When Heather arrived, Rob was already heading in her direction. She grabbed her electronic police notebook and checked to make sure it was sufficiently charged. Then she turned to face Rob as he approached. "Hey," she said. "Hey," he responded. "You the lead on this one?" "Could have been you if you weren't so damned nocturnal." Heather flashed Rob a dry smile as they walked to the house that was the scene of the crime. "I do my best work when I can't sleep. What time did the techs arrive?" "About 5:30." "You determine an entry point?" "No entry. No exit." Heather...
Family First
My phone buzzes with a text message. Kalcey, don’t forget to give me an update. You are in our thoughts. I glance at my plate and see extra portions of mushroom risotto. I sneak a glance at Carl, wondering if he thought I wouldn’t notice. Despite Thomas’ condition, seeing him smile at both of us, our small family unit coming together for his sake, fills my heart with a mix of emotions. It reminds me of the normalcy we once had, but also highlights our losses. Yet right now, my sole concern is my son’s joy. That softens my defenses and allows Carl’s attentiveness to pass unchallenge...
Cry, Wolfe - Screenplay
INT. STORE WAREHOUSE - NIGHT BLAIR WOLFE, an ambivalently confident role model, walks in holding a pen and clipboard. She sets clipboard down on a box. Looks for a specific box. Pulls box off shelf. Sets it on the floor. Digs in her pocket. Pulls out keys. Uses a key to cut open the box. BLAIR WOLFE Where did I put that damned clipboard? Oh. She picks up the clipboard. Writes. Puts clipboard on same box. Pulls out packets of shirts. Opens packets. Counts. BLAIR WOLFE One. Two. Three. Looks at her watch. Continues counting. BLAIR WOLFE Four. Five. Ugh. Where did i put th...
Cry, Wolfe - The Series
The room fell silent as they processed the implications. Blair stared at Alex's photo on her board, remembering his desperate phone call. The same pattern - a payment to his foster home just days before. "These kids weren't just falling through cracks in the system." Tom's voice was raw. "They were being sold through them." Carlos pulled up another window. "There's more. Someone's been accessing these records regularly, usually late at night. Same login credentials." Blair's stomach clenched. "Whose?" "Detective Reyes." The name hung in the air like a toxic cloud. Blair thoug...
