Biography
My name is Marina Navarro and among other things, I'm a writer. I've always been interested in writing, from fiction to the school newspaper. I'm also an eco-tourism and rafting guide. As a guide, I've spent the last four years traveling around Mexico, learning from the people and the culture. My native language is Spanish.
The themes that I'm most familiar with and comfortable writing about are traveling, health, nutrition, self-help, history, and art. Usually, my tone is casual and engaging, but I can manage a more formal approach. I love taking information and presenting it in an inclusive light. You shouldn't have to be an academic to enjoy reading and learning.
I love reading and writing, regardless of the genre. Even the most formal writing has a personal element to it. If you look closely enough, you'll see much more than just facts. The words the author chooses, reveal a lot. So does the way they deliver their ideas. If you do choose me as a writer to work on your project, you can be sure that I will give it my all. For original and well-researched knowledge, look no further.
In case you're interested, some of my favorite books are The Portrait of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara, and Nothing by Jane Teller. I also enjoy reading articles about travel and culture, especially from National Geographic.
