Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications
I've got a computer science degree and a marketing postgrad. But what really gets me going is writing about tech and finance. For the last 5+ years, I've been making a living writing long-form content in these fields. Sure, I enjoy fiction too, but tech and finance writing is my bread and butter.

I'm a cat person. That means I'm pretty chill if you leave me to it, but I might get a bit grumpy if you poke me too much. Just like a cat, really.

I'm all about minimalism. Why use a hundred words when ten will do? I don't try to sound fancy or complicated. Instead, I aim to explain things in a way that's easy for anyone to get, even if they're new to the topic.
This approach works well for self-published books, especially in non-fiction. Unlike traditionally published books that assume readers already know a lot, I write for people who are just starting to learn about a subject. My goal is to make complex ideas easy to understand without talking down to the reader.
