Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications

I’ve been writing professionally for over ten years, but storytelling has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. As a ghostwriter, I’ve had the privilege of helping authors (including NYT and USA Today bestsellers) bring their ideas to life in ways that feel powerful, honest, and true to their voice in both fiction and nonfiction. My academic training in psychology and creative writing have given me a love for diving deep and digging in when it comes to research, analysis, prose, and banter, while my experience as an educator has taught me how to help my clients find their unique voice and empower them to share their voice in a way that feels both authentic and unforgettable—on the page and beyond.

My work spans across both fiction and nonfiction, but at the heart of it all is a deep love for real, human stories. I specialize in:

Many of the authors I work with come to me knowing what they want to say, but unsure of how to say it. My job is to listen closely, ask the right questions, and translate their vision into a book that sounds like them—one they’re proud to put their name on.

Along the way, I’ve also helped shape early drafts into finished manuscripts, offered developmental editing, and coached first-time authors through the entire book-writing process from outline to final polish.

This isn’t just a job to me, it’s a calling. Helping people tell their stories, especially the ones they thought no one would care about, is something I never take for granted.

Interests and hobbies

I’m a story-obsessed ghostwriter, book coach, and lifelong learner with a deep love for character-driven fiction and transformational nonfiction. I believe in the power of words to heal, connect, and move people—and I never take for granted the trust that comes with helping someone share their truth on the page.

I have a background in psychology and creative writing, which means I’m constantly thinking about what makes people tick—both on and off the page. I'm also passionate about mental health and research and I enjoy following rabbit trails of new discovery! Whether I’m writing a slow-burn romance, a twisty thriller, or a vulnerable memoir, I’m always chasing emotional honesty and a strong sense of voice.

I'm a California native and a gulf coast Floridian transplant. When I’m not writing, I’m usually reading romance, historical fiction, thrillers, or personal development (often 2–3 books at once). I love hiking, going to the beach with my family, discovering historical sites and exploring museums and cafes. I'm a mom of 5 kiddos and we love playing games and sports together. We are a highly competitive bunch! When I'm not out and about or writing, I'm usually starting another passion project I swore I wouldn’t take on (thanks, ADHD). Currently, I'm obsessed with building lego's or learning to crochet while listening to audiobooks in the Florida thunderstorms.

I'm deeply empathetic, endlessly curious, and always tuned into the heart behind the story. I bring a calm, grounded presence to every project but I’m not afraid to dig deep, ask bold questions, and chase emotional truth.

How I'd describe my approach to my work

I don’t just write words—I listen for what’s underneath them. My approach is deeply collaborative, intuitive, and grounded in empathy. I take the time to understand not just what my clients want to say, but why they need to say it. We focus on who they want to reach by answering the big questions "Who am I talking to?" and "Why does this matter?" Then from the outer most layer of those two questions, we peel back one layer at a time to uncover all the important details, structure, and truths that make for a transformative reader experience regardless of genre.

Whether I’m ghostwriting a novel, memoir, or personal development book, I approach each project with curiosity, creativity, and care. I’m not afraid to ask the uncomfortable questions, dive into emotional depths, or sit with the story until it feels true. At the end of the day, I want my clients to feel seen and proud of the work we’ve created together.
