Hi! I'm Andrea!
I'm a ghostwriter and copywriter here at The Urban Writers!
I've been writing short stories since I was a child, and have filled up many notebooks with my scribblings. I was also the child that would read voraciously, usually finishing a book before I could even get home from the library!
I still love reading, and can often be found in a sunny spot with a biography, some historical fiction, or a juicy crime thriller!
I have extensive experience in designing and developing learning material, where I honed my skill for arranging content, and conveying information in a structured, uncomplicated way.
I look forward to chatting with you about your book, and working together to make it unputdownable!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and spent 9 years as an Instructional Designer and Developer.

Interests and hobbies

I love music of any genre! There's always music playing in my house! I'm also an avid reader. My favorite topics are crime and mystery, biographies, and historical fiction. I enjoy getting my hands dirty in the garden and I've been known to do some DIY. I'm learning carpentry at the moment! I was a long-distance runner, but had to slow down due to an injury, so now I walk as often as I can. I'm an amateur photographer as well. My camera goes everywhere I do. The next amazing photograph could appear at any time!

I'm a passionate adventurer, who's always up for a challenge! I'm a creative, big thinker who can somehow also focus on the detail.

How I'd describe my approach to my work

I tend to dive deep when it comes to my work. When I write, I eat, drink and breathe the topic I'm working on. I can see the big picture, but I also focus on the details. I believe that my work is a reflection of me, so I'm always striving to do better.
