Biography
Born in a countryside village, a 30-minute train trip to central London. He worked in magazines and newspapers in and around the city. After deciding he needed a change, he spent 20 years as the editor of a lifestyle magazine in Thailand. He then became a freelance writer, publishing novels in his name and as a ghostwriter.
He is still enjoying the weather and beaches in The Kingdom of Thailand with his wife and his children.
He is a great sports lover. As a football (soccer) player and coach. He is a single-figure handicapped golfer. But his greatest sporting claim to fame? He played international-level cricket for Thailand. Admitting they are not one of the world leaders in the game.
His home is cluttered with dogs, not his choice, but the family love the animals. They have regular visits from the neighbouring monkeys. They love to scamper across the roof. Peacocks poke their heads in occasionally, as do snakes, who are unwelcome.
He loves to compare books to films. He says the books are better. Except for, 'The Godfather'.

My plane touched down after a dreamy, smooth flight at one of the three international airports in Jamaica; Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. An easy drive to beaches and boats. Most flights from the US land at SIA.
