Biography

Hello! My name is Julian. I'm a writer with over ten years of experience writing books, television, and films. My interests lie in philosophy, morality, mythology, history, and the telling of stories that inspire deep thought and introspection within readers. These interests have given me a unique perspective and writing style focused on the telling stories with many-layered thematic themes and poignant messages. Stories and the written word are the best tools we have for showing our fellow men the deep well of emotions and thoughts that otherwise we are too fallible to communicate properly.

The stories that I've loved and have inspired me are Lord of the Rings, The Inheritance Cycle, Johnny Tremain, My Brother Sam is Dead, Ender's Game, The Sackett's Series, and John Adams. My favorite genres include fantasy, science fiction, thriller, psychological, historical fiction, and horror. These stories speak to the heart of characters in dire sceneries and the strength of character it requires to be the best of humanity.

Back before the great seal, before the fall of gods and the souls of men, before the Dark Ages, these gates were silent, not a single soul passing through. Nay, not even Charon’s barge ferried the faithful to their rests b...

Ash

London, once a center of culture, prowess, and trade in the world, was now decimated, nothing but sand and ruin remaining of this once great city. I sit atop the crashed Ferris Wheel, just staring out at the city, contemplating what doom had befallen it. The destruction must not have been long ago because paint still clings to many surfaces, depicting whatever had been intended. With the high amounts of sand blowing through the street, I must suppose this was not a natural phenomenon, but of divine origin. If I hadn’t been there to aid the gods, Kronos may have finally achieved the last ...
