Biography
Hello, everyone! I'm Pinky, which is suiting because I love pink (most especially if it's pastel). I believe that writing is a form of art; begins with an idea, then is fully conceptualized through the flow of sentences and play of words. When I look at it that way, the writing process becomes a little smoother and more seamless. Writing for me isn't a chore, but a passion that I'm willing to share with people.
Growing up, I thought “money and wealth” was everyone’s ideal end goal. In the process of achieving that goal, I sacrificed what I truly like and focused on endeavors that would promise me “richness”. But I only found myself waking up in the morning, dreading myself doing the tasks. I figured, “It’s all going to be worth it in the end.” Still, once I achieved that “money and wealth”, something felt missing. I felt unfulfilled and most especially - stagnant.
I started to express those conflicting times in my journal. No nooks and crooks from my experience were left unwritten. I included my happy times, agony episodes, sad memories — everything. But once I drafted them page by page, I came to realize how much I love writing them out. The details, the emotions, the description of a place — everything felt real whenever I read them back. And that’s when I arrived at the conclusion that I really am passionate about writing.
Passion is something that fuels your excitement when you think of doing it. In my case, I feel fulfilled whenever someone reads my piece and gets affected by it. It never fails to give me butterflies whenever people take the time to evaluate my written output and provide constructive criticisms. And honestly, I would rather be a writer forever. Yes, it was scary to imagine me as a writer because it’s not known to be an “income-generating” career. But I have two options: to be miserably rich or happily fulfilled. So I’ve decided to choose the latter.
That’s how I found my passion for writing, and I’m not regretting that decision even a tad bit.
Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications
I attained a degree in Mass Communication in 2021 in the Philippines. After my graduation, I was immediately employed in a firm and wrote for various international clients regardless of niches.
Interests and hobbies
I love reading fiction and non-fiction books. I'm intrigued by the way non-fiction tells a story through the art of language. At the same time, I love learning new information from non-fiction books - which naturally gives me an idea of how I should construct my sentences in non-fiction pieces.
How I'd describe my personality in two sentences
I am a humorous person by nature. But there's a time and place for everything, meaning I can be serious when the situation requires me to.
How I'd describe my approach to my work
Quality and extensive research go hand-in-hand in my written output. I make sure to validate every piece of information I place on paper through multiple sources. Then, when I read the piece again, it should be received in a way that's generally understood by readers.

My extensive experience and professionalism are often praised by my previous employers. Not only I can deliver quality work, but I could also give prompt communication and response to my clients if there's any correction needed to be done.
