One can always appreciate a customer who leaves it up to you to create the content based on the provided outline, but with hands-on customers who wish to feel involved in the writing process, there's always room for that on my team.
Different customers will offer different experiences, but my approaches consistently stem from respect, professionalism, communication, and reassurance. I'm always just a message away when my customers need me and am open to constructive feedback.
One of the qualities customers often admire about me is my dedication to following outlines. If I have a suggestion or develop a concern, I will always discuss these matters with the customer first, before proceeding to take the next step. The same courtesy is extended to customers as well.
