Biography

“You’re a storyteller. Dream up something wild and improbable," – Laini Taylor

My name is, I am 27 years old, and I live for reading and writing. I am a university graduate with a degree in English Literature and currently work as an editor. So my academic and professional career has been shaped by books and writing. So beyond writing what seemed like hundreds of academic papers, I write and edit news stories daily, and write creatively for myself. Professionally I have five years of experience in my field.

In my free time, I'd like to say I do something a little bit different, but beyond hanging out with friends and family, I mostly read, or enjoy fictional worlds in other ways. So I am a huge lover of movies and television because I always want to fall into another story. For me, there is nothing quite as beautiful and fulfilling as being enveloped in a great story.

In 1636, Le Jeune wrote a report to his superiors stationed in France. He told them that a woman had informed him that a wendigo had eaten some of the Attikamegoukin (who were part of tribes north of the Three Rivers) and that if the wendigo was not stopped, it would continue searching f...
