Biography

I have always loved writing. As a student, I wrote journals and short stories and was very good at composition. But writing was just a hobby, and life took me in a different direction. After high school, I studied gastronomy and worked in a professional kitchen for almost a year. Then, I ventured into the hotel business and worked my way up the management ladder for the next 10 years. However, in 2017, I decided to leave my home country and start a new life in a new place. It was a difficult decision, but I felt it was time for a change. Although it was not easy, starting over was worth it because I met amazing people, some of whom became my closest friends.
While living abroad for five years, I made another big decision to quit my job and pursue my dream of writing. Now, I am finally doing what I love. Writing has always been my dream, and I am excited to start this new chapter in my life as an entrepreneur, making my way into digital marketing and pursuing my passion. This is my story- a story of following my dreams and pursuing happiness, no matter where life takes me.

Previous experience, degrees, and qualifications

I attended business school in Caracas and have obtained several certifications to improve my skills in marketing and content writing. I have earned certifications in Google SEO and Content Marketing from UC Davis California University, as well as in Creative Writing from Wesleyan University.

With over four years of experience in the marketing and creative industry, I am a passionate writer who has gained knowledge and skills by undertaking various challenges. My experience leading the research team of a creative agency has enhanced my writing skills and enabled me to produce high-quality and well-constructed articles. As a copywriter and blogger, I specialize in writing fun and compelling pieces that engage the audience. My experience working in the tourism field for over a decade in diverse positions like sales and event planning has given me a better understanding of project management and helped me create robust sales strategies. Overall, I believe my experiences and qualifications make me a valuable asset in the field of content writing.

Interests and hobbies

I have a wide range of interests and hobbies that keep me engaged in my free time:

Cooking and gardening are two hobbies that I enjoy. Experimenting with new recipes and flavours, sharing them with my family, and tending to my plants and watching them grow are very therapeutic activities, I love to spend time in nature which is why I invest time training to swim open waters and I go trekking every other week. Allows me to explore nature and get some exercise at the same time.

Apart from these activities, I also have a creative side that I like to indulge in. I enjoy art, craft, and painting, and I find it very relaxing to create something beautiful with my hands. I am an avid reader, from fiction to non-fiction, I love to spend hours lost in a good book. Writing is another passion of mine, and I enjoy jotting down my thoughts and ideas in a journal or creating short stories.

In all, my hobbies and interests help me balance my work and personal life, and they keep me inspired and motivated to pursue my passions, whether I'm cozying up with a good book, whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen, getting my hands dirty in my garden, or exploring the great outdoors, my hobbies and interests keep me engaged, active, and fulfilled. I find that each of these activities provides a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge myself in different ways.
