Biography
I am a driven and dedicated individual with a natural passion and strive for leadership and writing. As a leader, I am focused on motivation and resilience to unlock potential in areas least expected. As a writer, I love pulling through practical realism into my writing, specifically on understanding who we are and how we perceive everyday things. I am passionate about writing about practical solutions to complex circumstances. I honestly believe that we should allow love, respect and morality to pull through into our daily habits.
Throughout my professional career, I have learned a lot about leadership which included maintaining and improving performance. In addition, my work environment encouraged me to spot potential in others that they did not see in themselves. As a result, I would “unlock” potential throughout my career, which enabled the employees to develop and become the best versions of themselves. As an effect, I am inspired to transform others through the renewal of the mind, a process of viewing life from a strengthened perspective.
From a personal perspective, I have been married for the past ten years and am fortunate to be a father of two beautiful kids, (6) and (9). Throughout my counselling and other studies, I have developed an interest to learn more about marriages and parenting. At first, it was aimed at strengthening my relationships, but it grew towards helping and maintaining others' relationships, in marriages and family relationships. My passion for strengthening my marriage and parenting relationship with my kids encourages me to regularly attend marriage and parenting workshops and seminars. The counselling knowledge and lessons learned from the various workshops, seminars, audiobooks and forum discussions bring a lot of depth to my understanding that I reflect on when writing about parenting and relationships.
Over the last couple of years, I have developed a passion for continuous learning which inspired me to take on professional coaching, counselling and writing, precisely focused on making a difference in society. Knowledge means nothing if you cannot share your insights with others. Insightful people make confident decisions which motivate growing towards significance.
