I'm a diligent individual who works best through organizational management. I strategize ahead of time but allow room for implementing new ideas that may come in the middle of execution. I let work sit for a while, taking a break from the screen before returning with a fresh set of eyes and renewed energy. This allows me not only to fix mistakes I may have glanced over but also to improve upon the good stuff I've put down. I respect the flow of work, exploring any and all input that comes from other parties to bring out the best version of the work.
